This program provides free education, resources, and assistance to help Hawaii defense contractors and subcontractors understand and navigate the complexity of DFARS, NIST, and CMMC cybersecurity regulations.

Here’s How it Works

If you’re a contractor or subcontractor doing business with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) within the State of Hawaii, you are eligible for a free single-user license to access the Hawaii Defense Economy Cyber Compliance Education Program online.

Please register a single individual Cyber Compliance Point of Contact (CCPOC) for your company.

Your designated CCPOC will receive access credentials to log into the program’s online learning center.

Who is the CCPOC?

The CCPOC should be your organization’s cyber compliance “champion,” able to coordinate all stakeholders within your company – including IT, human resources, contracts, operations, and executive management – to gather the information needed, organize your compliance efforts, and ensure your company succeeds in meeting the cybersecurity requirements needed to remain eligible for new DoD contract awards.

The Cyber Compliance Education Program includes:

    • A 60-minute educational webinar video explaining federal and DoD cybersecurity regulations and the associated responsibilities and obligations of prime contractors and their suppliers
    • A short survey about your cyber awareness and specific areas where you may need assistance
    • A library of important links to documentation, web resources, publications, and templates to help you learn about and correctly address the requirements

Register your CCPOC today for access to these essential resources and services to help maintain and grow your DoD business and keep Hawaii contractors competitive in the new era of DoD cybersecurity enforcement!
