As of 31 December 2017, all DoD contractors that handle Controlled Defense Information (CDI) and have the DFARS Clause 252.204-7012 in their contact must be compliant with NIST Special Publication (SP) 800-171, which identifies 110 cybersecurity requirements that must be in place.
