By Q4 2020, 100% of all DoD RFPs will require at least a basic Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 certification, and contracts involving Covered Defense Information (CDI) will require full compliance with higher CMMC levels that cover all of the DFARS 7012 and NIST 800-171 requirements and more depending on the sensitivity of the data.
